Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Period

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. You can return products within this period if they meet our return criteria.

2. Return Eligibility

Products eligible for return must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Product must be in its original condition
  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (invoice) must be provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items CANNOT be returned:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and socks for hygiene reasons
  • Products with broken seals (beauty products, fragrances)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items without original tags or packaging

4. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Login to your account and go to "My Orders"
  2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return
  3. Click "Return Item" and select the reason for return
  4. Submit your return request
  5. Our team will review and approve within 24-48 hours
  6. Once approved, we'll arrange for pickup or provide return shipping instructions

5. Return Pickup

  • We provide free return pickup for most serviceable areas
  • Our courier partner will collect the product from your address
  • Please ensure the product is securely packaged
  • Keep a copy of the pickup receipt for your records

6. Refund Process

Timeline:

  • Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
  • You will receive email confirmation once refund is processed
  • Refund amount may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account

Refund Methods:

  • COD Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). Please provide your bank account details.
  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method

7. Refund Amount

  • Full product cost will be refunded
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost is borne by us (free return pickup)

8. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product:

  1. Return the original product following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired product
  3. Your refund will be processed as per our refund timeline

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Provide photos/videos showing the defect or damage
  • We will arrange immediate replacement or full refund
  • No questions asked for genuinely damaged/defective items

10. Wrong Product Delivered

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange pickup of the wrong product
  • Correct product will be shipped immediately at no extra cost
  • If correct product is unavailable, full refund will be issued

11. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment:

  • You can cancel your order anytime before it's shipped
  • Contact us via email or phone
  • Full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days

After Shipment:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
  • You may refuse delivery and it will be treated as a return
  • Refund will be processed as per our return policy

12. Quality Check

  • All returned products undergo quality inspection
  • Refund is approved only if product meets return eligibility criteria
  • If product fails quality check, it will be sent back to you
  • You will be notified via email about the quality check results

13. Refund Rejection

Refunds may be rejected if:

  • Product is used, worn, washed, or altered
  • Tags or labels are removed
  • Product is damaged due to customer misuse
  • Return period has expired
  • Product doesn't meet return eligibility criteria

14. Multiple Returns

Customers with excessive returns may be flagged and:

  • Asked to provide additional documentation
  • COD facility may be temporarily suspended
  • Account may be blocked in case of fraudulent activity
