1. Shipping Coverage

We ship exclusively within India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Charges

3. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery typically takes:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation
  • You will receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

5. Order Tracking

  • Track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email
  • Login to your account and visit "My Orders" section
  • Contact our customer support for assistance

6. Delivery Address

  • Please provide complete and accurate delivery address
  • Include landmarks for easy location
  • Provide active phone number for delivery coordination
  • We cannot change address after order is shipped

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times
  • If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us
  • You will be notified via SMS/email for each delivery attempt
  • Return shipping charges may apply for failed deliveries

8. Package Security

  • All products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit
  • Please inspect the package upon delivery
  • Report any damage to packaging to the delivery person
  • Take photos if package appears tampered or damaged

9. Delays and Issues

Delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather
  • Political disturbances
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Festivals and peak seasons
  • COVID-19 or other pandemic restrictions

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

10. Missing or Lost Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours
  • We will coordinate with the courier service to locate your package
  • In case of confirmed lost packages, we will either refund or reship your order

11. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for all orders
  • Payment should be made in cash to the delivery person
  • Please keep exact change ready
  • You can inspect products before making payment

12. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped
  • Contact us immediately via phone or email
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • In such cases, you may refuse delivery and we'll process a refund
