3. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery typically takes:

- Other Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation
- You will receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

6. Delivery Address
- Please provide complete and accurate delivery address
- Include landmarks for easy location
- Provide active phone number for delivery coordination
- We cannot change address after order is shipped
7. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times
- If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us
- You will be notified via SMS/email for each delivery attempt
- Return shipping charges may apply for failed deliveries
8. Package Security
- All products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit
- Please inspect the package upon delivery
- Report any damage to packaging to the delivery person
- Take photos if package appears tampered or damaged
9. Delays and Issues

10. Missing or Lost Packages

- In case of confirmed lost packages, we will either refund or reship your order
11. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for all orders
- Payment should be made in cash to the delivery person

12. Order Cancellation Before Shipping
- You can cancel your order before it is shipped

- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
